Baked Spaghetti
40g of onion
30g of green capsicum
5g butter
200g tomatoes with liquid, cut up
20g olives, drained
Oregano
120g chicken meat, minced
100g spaghetti
100g Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
10g Parmesan cheese
Method
Cut up onion, green capsicum, tomatoes and olives at same time.
Saute onion and green capsicum in butter until tender.
Add minced chicken. Simmer for a while.
Grease the two baking dish as it simmer.
Place a quarter of the spaghetti in one dish. Another quarter in the second dish.
Top the spaghetti with a quarter of the mixture in one dish, another quarter in the other.
Sprinkle with 25g of cheddar cheese in one dish, 25g in the other.
Repeat layers.
Mix soup and water until smooth; pour over casserole.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
